This Live Online Class Project Bundle is divided into four class meetings or sessions. Remember, you will have access to the streaming class videos for each session. Check the dates and times for this project on the classes graphic and your Class Credentials.

As a Society of American Period Furniture Maker's Cartouche Award Winner, Alf Sharp can teach you to craft this wonderful project. It is a real skill builder, but not out of reach for a woodworker wanting to stretch and grow. This is a project that can be built from scrap or fine figured hardwoods.

Alf will provide you with an overview of the project in Session 1, including demonstrations of the mortise and tenon leg to rail joinery, and a method for cutting the elegant tapers on the table's legs. In Session 2, Alf will demystify the making of the knuckles that give the tables's leaves support and teach his method for crafting a set of drawer slides. Session 3 is about crafting an oval table top with leaves and rule joints. Finally, Session 4 will wrap up the class with how to construct and fit a proper bow front drawer.

You will find a "Cut List" along with links and passwords to access your streaming class videos in your "My Account," accessible from the website menu.

You will be very proud of your accomplishments when you show off this table almost anywhere in your house!
